There is no gift card redeem option in shop could anyone, give me VIP1 and null my card?

How do I claim my gift card it isn't working when I tried to get VIP1 with my 10 dollar card. It keeps saying that the card is not found please help me.

I haven't been on to collect my award for winning the build comp and I got second place, and I haven't claimed my money award... Could someone tell me the code or something... I believe that the sever is being reset meaning that I won't be able to claim it. Could a staff please help me with that.
